The PiStorm 32 Lite is the latest version of the popular PiStorm range of accelerators, created by Claude Schwarz.
Install a compatible Raspberry PI onto the PiStorm 32 Lite board and then plug in into the Amiga 1200's trapdoor slot- located underneath the computer. Once fitted it disables the onboard CPU and allows Michal Schulz Emu68 CPU emulator to take over. The resulting CPU results are remarkable because the Raspberry Pi can emulate the 68K CPU substantially faster than the original hardware.
To operate this requires optional extras not included as standard:
■ Raspberry Pi Zero2w, Raspberry
Pi 3 A, Raspberry Pi 3 B or Raspberry Pi 4B
■ 32GB Micro SD card configured with PiStorm32-Lite files
Package Includes:
✔ 1x PiStorm32 Lite card
✔ 3x bolts
✔ 3x spacers
✔ 1x thermal pad
Plugs into the 68000 CPU 64-pin socket as direct replacement, offering low-cost acceleration and hard drive emulation to the Commodore Amiga 500 computer.
This requires optional extras to operate:
■ Raspberry Pi 3 A
■ Micro SD card (we recommend a 32GB capacity) configured with PiStorm files
The Raspberry Pi plugs into the PiStorm adapter which in turn plugs into the Amiga's 68000 CPU socket, completely replacing the old 68000 chip.
This product is carefully hand assembled in house by our technical staff: upon ordering please allow up to seven business days for in-house hand assembly and quality soak testing.
The Pistorm 600 adapter is a Commodore-Amiga 600 compatible rework of the popular PiStorm Revision B. It lets you connect and utilise the computational power of Raspberry Pi with your Amiga 600!
It clips over the 68000 CPU of the Amiga 600 using an inverted PLCC socket in the same way as many other Amiga 600 accelerators. Once fitted it disables the onboard CPU and allows the CPU emulator that is running on the Rapsberry Pi (Mushashi or Emu68) to take over.
New Kickstart ROM Switcher A500™ / A600™ / A2000 ™ for Commodore-Amiga 500, 500 Plus, 600, 1500, 2000, 2500 and CDTV.
Easy automatic switching between up to three different Kickstart ROMs by holding down Ctrl-Amiga-Amiga keys for more than 5 seconds, otherwise the Amiga will reset as standard. No switches or case modifications required.
Accepts either two or three Kickstart ROMs (not included). Connects to original Kickstart ROM socket on motherboard by plugging in the attached plug-mounted ribbon cable (installation).
The Amiga RGB to HDMI adapter connects a HDMI TV or monitor to an Amiga 500 or 500 Plus. Amiga native graphics can be displayed through HDMI. A low cost way of playing games and using the Amiga with a modern HDMI television or monitor.
To function it requires a Raspberry Pi Zero to be connected to the adapter board and microSD card. These are available as optional extras.
This adapter is plugged into the Denise socket on the Amiga 500 motherboard and in turn the Denise chip is piggybacked into the 48-pin socket on the adapter board. We offer an optional RGB2HDMI Right Angled Relocator which positions the Raspberry Pi Zero to the right of the Denise chip. This is useful to use when other expansions occupy the same space around the Denise chip.
We also offer optional push switch cable used for menu access functions.
Choose and select product packaging options: either standard shipping box or optional printed retail box (see product pictures).
Features:
✓ Native Amiga RGB screenmodes displayed through HDMI
✓ Pixel perfect image through digital HDMI
✓ Display menu options: Add/remove scanlines, image softening etc.
✓ Low latency: a few milliseconds at most
✓ Support for both Denise 8362 and Super Denise 8373 chips (jumper underside to configure)
Compatible with A500 and A500 Plus RAM expansions. Not compatible with Pistorm Rev B.
This is the open source RGB2HDMI Revision 2 project by c0pperdragon / hoglet67.
